We are seeking a highly analytical and strategically minded Human Network Analyst and Information Operations (IO) Planner to support complex, multi-domain operations. In this role, you will map, analyze, and exploit the human terrain and influence networks of near-peer adversaries and state-sponsored actors. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between deep-dive intelligence analysis and actionable IO planning. You will be responsible for identifying critical nodes, information acquisition channels, and centers of gravity within strategic adversaries and competitors. Your analysis will directly inform and shape strategic disclosure options and Information Operation (IO) strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Network Analysis:
Conduct advanced Social Network Analysis (SNA), link analysis, and Pattern of Life (POL) assessments to map adversary leadership, command and control (C2) structures, proxy forces, and information networks.
Adversary Subject Matter Expertise:
Serve as the primary analytical lead on the geopolitical, cultural, and operational dynamics of competitors and adversaries Track state-sponsored disinformation campaigns, proxy group funding, and malign influence operations from these actors.
IO & Non-Lethal Integration:
Translate complex network analysis into actionable intelligence for affect Work directly with IO planners to develop targets for Information and Cyber Options.
Target Development:
Identify critical vulnerabilities and key communicators within adversary networks. Nominate entities for targeting, disruption, or exploitation in accordance with Combatant Command (CCMD) and Joint Staff directives.
