EDT Project Description:
    Infrastructure and Network Monitoring:
    Proactively monitor infrastructure and network, responding appropriately to alerts and events.
      Incident Management:
      Handle incidents from triage through resolution, including necessary escalations.
        Infrastructure Repairs:
        Coordinate and direct remote activities to maintain operational effectiveness for services.
          Root Cause Analysis:
          Provide thorough root cause analysis documentation in line with Government procedures.
            Data Center Support:
            Offer support for data center operations as needed.
              Shift Documentation:
              Record daily shift activities in reporting and ticketing tools, ensuring proper handover of any outstanding issues.
