Job Description
Gifford is seeking a Network and Server Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, and secure the systems that power our organization's data flow, facilitating Gifford's internal and external communications. In this role, you will ensure reliable, high-performing connectivity across LAN, WAN, and cloud environments while minimizing downtime. The Network and Server Infrastructure Engineer is an onsite role, responsible for building and maintaining scalable network architectures, managing servers and virtualization platforms, and monitoring system performance to optimize efficiency and availability. This role also plays a key part in maintaining a secure infrastructure through proactive risk mitigation, firewall and server management, and adherence to industry compliance standards. As a technical leader, this position is responsible for troubleshooting complex issues, supporting disaster recovery planning, and maintaining detailed system documentation. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in network engineering, server technologies, and enterprise infrastructure, along with a commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
