Job Description

For work related to
Industrial Control & Automation Systems:
−
B.A./B.S.
degree in a technical field. − Satisfactory knowledge of technical/professional skills in current development and software engineering trends. − Must be familiar with current software and database testing methodologies (manual and automated). − Must be familiar with software documentation including software quality assurance standards and software configuration management processes. − Needs to be proficient in DCS and PLC, specifically ABB 800xA Industrial IT, Allen Bradley PLCs, and Rockwell PLCs. − Satisfactory knowledge of industrial instrumentation and industrial communication protocols − Working knowledge of OPC servers and OLE communication − Must be familiar with and experience using Windows Server configuration, Active Directory, and Server Deployment. − Must be familiar with Network Engineering, Firewalls, Switch Configuration, VLAN, wireless communication, TCP/IP − Satisfactory knowledge of configuration management practices − Working knowledge of AutoCAD − Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
