This role ensures high availability, performance, and data protection across mission-critical systems, with strong expertise in Pure Storage, Dell EMC Isilon, SAN, NAS and healthcare platforms like EPIC. The role also leads operational teams, drives strategy, and ensures compliance with data management standards. Provide 24x7 support for global customers. Act as escalation point for critical incidents (P1 issues). Work closely with onsite teams for coordinated delivery. Configure Pure Active Cluster / Replication, Isilon Sync IQ replication. Perform Storage device configuration functions such as drive configuration including RAID levels, caching, drive types, limits and storage pools, configuration of SAN switch ports, to comply with provisioning requests. Assisting Customer with cost-benefit analysis and business case development Installation, configuration, and support of local and remote data replication and/or mirroring between storage devices and work orders.
