The Role We're looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure/Network Engineer to be a trusted technical advisor to clients and a key contributor on our Infrastructure & Security Engineering team. You'll join a collaborative group of 10+ engineers who share knowledge and push each other to get better. You'll own the stability, security, and long-term health of client environments, networks, servers, cloud platforms, and security systems, and you'll work directly with clients to connect technology decisions to business outcomes. What You'll Do Act as the technical leader for assigned client environments Design, implement, and maintain servers, security, networking, firewalls, backups, and cloud platforms Support and architect Microsoft 365 and Azure environments Lead migrations, upgrades, virtualization, and infrastructure projects Assist Help Desk and NOC teams with escalations Perform proactive system reviews and recommend improvements Keep building your skills and certifications to stay ahead of what the market needs Qualifications Required — represents the typical client environment at
