1 Position Summary Complete Control Solutions (CCS), Inc., is seeking a motivated and technically skilled Automation Engineer with a background in process-automation, preferably within the food and dairy industries. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, technical leadership, attention to detail, and a willingness to work collaboratively across departments. You'll be part of a fast-paced and supportive team that develops and implements automation systems for food processing clients throughout North America. About Complete Control Solutions (CCS), Inc. Key Responsibilities PLC programming with Allen-Bradley ControlLogix (required); SLC500, PLC5, and other platforms are a plus. Proficient in
HMI/SCADA
systems (required): FactoryTalk View ME/SE, Wonderware InTouch/ArchestrA, and Ignition; experience with legacy HMIs (e.g., AB PanelView) is a plus. Project management typically focused on the automation component of small to large scale projects.
Knowledge of industrial networks:
Ethernet/IP, ControlNet, and RIO. Skilled at interpreting electrical designs (required). AutoCAD experience is a plus. Able to interpret P&IDs and understand food and dairy process systems. Reliable, efficient, and adheres to company programming standards. Strong interpersonal skills for maintaining and building customer relationships. Willingness to travel (10-25%) for project commissioning. Qualifications An associate degree in electro-mechanical, engineering, automation, computer science, or a related technical field (Required). Bachelor's degree (Preferred). 2+ years of automation & controls related experience (Required) Proficient knowledge of PLC/HMI systems and process instrumentation (Required). Field experience in electrical installation, troubleshooting, or automation systems a plus. Familiarity with industrial control and instrumentation components is a plus. Understanding food/dairy processing or sanitary system design is a plus. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Valid driver-s license and willingness to travel.
Compensation & Benefits Salary & Reviews Base Salary:
Commensurate with experience
Pay Schedule:
Biweekly (includes reimbursed expenses) Annual performance-based salary reviews
Bonuses & Profit Sharing Annual Bonus:
Discretionary; based on individual and company performance ($1,000-$10,000 typical range)
Profit Sharing:
Year-end 401(k) contribution based on company performance ($1,500-$8,000 typical range)
Travel Bonus Policy:
Additional compensation when overnight travel is required for project assignments
Expense Reimbursement Reimbursed:
Travel and required business-related expenses Monthly cellphone allowance (if using personal phone)

Life Insurance:
$25,000 base policy (100% company-funded) Additional tiers available (employee-funded)

60% of base salary (100% company-funded)

Time Off Paid Holidays :
