IAT IAT Level I Full Job Description Description of Duties:
The Junior JIPCAN System Administrator supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract.
The candidate will:
System Administration and operations of Microsoft environments Support the Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) cybersecurity compliance, operational sustainment, and other general IT tasks as required to ensure continuous performance and ATO Manage system configuration and operation of servers Manage, configure, maintain client-based computer systems Perform system monitoring, scanning, and response activities Perform administration operations and maintenance activities of hardware and software Perform root cause analysis to troubleshoot system errors and client system issues Perform and maintain DoD Information System Vulnerability Management (IAVM) compliance with routine patching for updates released by vendors Manage, update, and maintain configuration management of all configuration changes to systems, patches and anti-virus software updates Perform system analysis for virtual service health status to include resource utilization and performance requirements to ensure optimal performance of systems Perform routine scans and anti-virus software updates on all systems Perform system automation activities with utilizing scripting tools/languages Provide System Administration support for IT related meetings and configuration change board review
Basic Requirements:
Must have 6, or more, years of general (full-time) work experience o May be reduced with completion of advanced education Must have 2, or more, years of directly related experience in an engineering field Must have a current DoD 8570.01 IAT Level I Certification (e.g. CompTIA Security+ CE Certification) Must have an active
DoW Secret Security Clearance Pay:
$75,000.00 - $87,000.00 per year
