Title IT Service Desk Compensation $65,000 - $80,000 Why This Opportunity Stands Out High visibility as the primary IT support for a multi site manufacturing facility Executive exposure and meaningful autonomy within the plant Accelerated impact, stepping into a critical support role with an urgent business need Key Responsibilities of the IT Service Desk Specialist Deliver responsive on-site IT support, serving as the primary point of contact for all user incidents and requests Own full-cycle ticketing management: triage, troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate issues using the internal IT support portal Manage new and exiting user hardware, network/phone setups, and recurring device lifecycle tasks for 100+ employees Oversee IT asset inventory and physical allocation Must-Have Skills/Experience (Required) 1+ year of IT support experience, including help desk/ticketing systems (any platform) Experience supporting Microsoft environments and basic networking Ability to work on-site in a manufacturing setting #
