- $24.28/hourly, DOE Grade 109 Work Schedule Monday
- Thursday, 9am
- 6pm, Friday, 8am
- 5pm; some evenings and weekends may be required

This position works within the Admissions and Records Department, and is responsible for planning, processing, and coordination of admissions and records functions. To best serve the students, department, and college, this position is fully in-person. Essential Functions 30%- Admissions Logistics and Compliance Assists with planning, coordination, processing, and implementation of student service functions such as admissions, registration, and graduation applications in compliance with institutional policies and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
- Operations, Data Integrity, and Quality Assurance Maintains, monitors, and updates student data systems and databases to ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance with reporting standards.
- Frontline Services, Staff Coordination, and Technical Support Delivers frontline student services through in-person, phone, and electronic communication channels, ensuring high-quality customer service.
- Administrative Support, Projects, and Other Duties Provides support to the Office of Admissions, Records, and Registration and other Student Affairs units as needed.
