: Under limited supervision, monitors, analyzes, defines, and configures system resources, operating systems, application administration and communication networks; coordinates software installation/updates and customer problem resolution; performs related duties as assigned.As defined under the Americans with Disabilities Act, may include any of the following tasks, knowledge, skills, and other characteristics. : (Illustrative Only) Monitor system resources and analyze the impact of operating system changes; apply operating system changes and manage software updates; act as the subject matter expert on select system applications such as ERP System and define and configure communication networks; coordinate installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software updates with IT Team members; oversee backups and system restores; monitor and analyze system errors, and work with service personnel for customer problem resolution; develop curriculum and provide training to end-users on enterprise application usage; analyze system faults, troubleshoot, and run diagnostic tests on operating systems and hardware to detect problems; research, recommend, and deploy IT hardware, software, and services; implement automation solutions to streamline IT processes and improve efficiency.A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or Computer Information Systems from a regionally accredited institution of higher learning recognized by the US Department of Education and two (2) years of enterprise software/hardware installation, configuration, and support experience; or six (6) years of enterprise software/hardware installation, configuration, and support experience; must possess and maintain a valid Arizona driver's license and the ability to be covered by county insurance.
