Grade:

23 Works in conjunction with the agency hardware, software and security teams to ensure compliance with statewide standards and documentation. Maintain Agency wide yearly educational compliance through ADOT's Learning program. General working knowledge of infrastructure technologies. Knowledge of various software applications, their functionalities, and how to troubleshoot common software problems.

Skill in:

Strong customer service skills. Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills. Linear troubleshooting skills.

Google Workspace Ability to:

Balance, prioritize and organize multiple tasks. Work collaboratively in teams and across organizations. Synthesize feedback and adjust plans accordingly. Build strong relationships inside and outside the organization. Certifications; Microsoft, A+, Server +, Network +, CompTIA. Arizona Criminal Justice Information System. ( ACJIS ) Certification.
