Troubleshoot hardware/software interface and interoperability issues, perform repairs on faulty hardware, and resolve complex technical problems as needed. Develop, document, and comply with systems administration standard operating procedures, manuals, and architecture diagrams. Maintain accurate inventories of IT equipment, licenses, and hardware. Administrator user accounts, manage network rights, security permissions, and access to systems and equipment. Plan, execute, and verify data redundancy, perform regular backups, and implement disaster recovery procedures. Coordinate with vendors and service providers Participate in audits, examinations, and risk remediation efforts The successful candidate will possess the following education, knowledge and skillsets : Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 4-5 years of system administration experience in financial services, credit union, or regulated environment System administrator certifications (Microsoft, VMware, CompTIA or equivalent) preferred Network certifications (CCNA, CCNP, CCSP or equivalent) preferred We provide competitive compensation and benefits package that includes: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance 401k Retirement Plan (matching contribution=5%, immediate vesting) Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays Educational Reimbursement "Actual compensation is determined based on experience, education, skills, internal equity, and other job‑related factors."
