Corona, CA Job Details Full-time $68,797.27 - $82,852.63 a year 1 day ago Benefits Paid holidays Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Retirement plan Qualifications Electronics Engineering Windows Attention to detail Electrical Engineering Mechanical troubleshooting Full Job Description Valco Medical Inc. specializes in the distribution, refurbishment, service, and support of ultrasound equipment and we are seeking a skilled and motivated Ultrasound Service Engineer/ Biomedical Engineer to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and troubleshoot electronic, mechanical, software, and system-related problems with medical imaging equipment. Perform preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, repairs, and equipment inspections. Maintain accurate service records, repair documentation, parts usage, and equipment history. Provide technical support to customers and assist with troubleshooting remotely when appropriate. Travel to customer locations for installations, repairs, preventive maintenance, and technical support. Communicate professionally with customers, sales personnel, vendors, and other service engineers. Assist sales personnel with technical evaluations and equipment recommendations when needed. Perform other engineering and technical duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field OR equivalent hands-on experience in medical equipment service . Strong understanding of electronics, electrical systems, and computer-based equipment. Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving ability. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office. Experience servicing ultrasound or diagnostic imaging equipment. Experience with networking, DICOM, PACS, or medical equipment connectivity. A strong problem solver Detail-oriented and organized Customer-service oriented Reliable and professional Able to prioritize multiple service requests
Compensation & Benefits Salary:
