User Access Management:
Administer accounts, permissions, and security groups across Microsoft 365, ERP systems, VPN, and endpoint protection.IT Support:
Be the go-to contact for Tier 1-2 issues, resolving problems quickly and escalating when needed.Systems & Infrastructure:
Troubleshoot, document, and standardize solutions to keep operations running smoothly.Asset Management:
Procure, configure, and maintain devices, printers, and connected equipment while keeping accurate inventory.Network Administration:
Manage wired, wireless, and VPN access for office and plant users.Security & Compliance:
Monitor antivirus, email filtering, and enforce IT policies to protect company data.Continuous Improvement:
Identify recurring issues, recommend enhancements, and support new technology rollouts. What We're Looking For- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- CompTIA A+ Certification preferred but not required
- High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's in IT preferred
