This System Administrator role will help maintain a secure, reliable technology environment while identifying opportunities to improve business processes through automation, integrations, and emerging AI technologies. Ideal System Administrator Candidate A technology professional who combines strong infrastructure and security expertise with a passion for AI, automation, and continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities of System Administrator:
Support and administer servers, networks, cloud services, enterprise applications, and end-user technology. Monitor system performance, security, availability, upgrades, and maintenance activities. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and serve as an escalation resource for IT support. Design, implement, and maintain AI agents, automation workflows, integrations, and APIs. Identify opportunities to streamline business processes through AI and automation. Support cybersecurity, disaster recovery, access management, and governance initiatives. Collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors, and technology partners on projects and system improvements. Develop documentation, training materials, metrics, and reporting to support technology adoption and performance.
Qualifications of System Administrator:
Experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, networking, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity. Experience with enterprise applications, integrations, automation tools, or ERP platforms. Knowledge of AI technologies, workflow automation, APIs, and agent-based solutions preferred. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to support both technical and non-technical users. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. #LI-EM1 #
