$70,000 - $90,000 per YearEX HOURS
7am to 3:30pm (PST) SUMMARY The position of System Network Administrator is a highly technical position and requires knowledge of managing Windows Servers, SonicWALL Routers, and networking. It also includes but is not limited to the following responsibilities: Provide Remote and On-Site Technical Support to all our client's staff members for all their computer issues. Primary responsibilities are support and maintenance of client servers and routers but also includes desktop/laptop computers, applications, phones, hardware, and printers. Providing assistance or backup to the Tier I & II Support Specialist and the Help Desk Manager, acting as team lead on special projects; and working in conjunction with the Help Desk Manager to coordinate the training of and communication with any future employees in the Help Desk Department. This position works in the Help Desk. Assures compliance with all Company's policies and procedures as well as all applicable state and federal regulations.ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Assist staff with installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of servers, routers, equipment, desktop computers, and software; Ensure servers, routers, desktop computers and printers connect seamlessly with network; Provide timely responses to client, users and management requests; Provide phone support to the end-users on hardware, software, general use, questions, and network related problems; Provide screen share support, if necessary; Works with vendor contacts to resolve technical problems with desktop computing equipment and software; Follow Company strict policies and procedures for logging client Billable Hours; Report any client or customer suspected of suspicious activity immediately to Management; Maintains strict confidentiality of all records and data received and produced;Maintains:
files, copies, email and fax documents, orders and distributes parts, supplies and ensures any parts are billed property to appropriate clients and customers; Exhibits objectivity and openness to others' views; gives and welcomes feedback; contributes to building a positive team spirit; Consistently reports to work on time, reports to client appointments on time; adhere to scheduled breaks; attends all meetings and training as required by Management; Treats people with respect; keeps commitments; inspired the trust of others; works with integrity and ethically; reframes from political or religious conversations with clients and/or customers; upholds organizational values; accepts responsibility for own actions and represents the Company property in public; Promotes working environment free of harassment of any type; and supports affirmative action; Follows policies and procedures; completes assigned tasks correctly and on time; Adheres to Company policy dress codes; Performs the position safely, without endangering the health of safety to himself or herself or others, will be expected to report potentially unsafe conditions. The position of System Network Administrator performs duties specific to the position and any other functions that may be required by Management.ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL ACTIVITY
The environment for this position is an open office that is mostly clean and comfortable. It may include some minor annoyances such as noise, odors, drafts, etc. The incumbent is in a non-confined office-type setting in which he or she is free to move about at will. The incumbent in the course of performing this position spends time writing, typing, speaking, listening, lifting (up to 50 pounds), carrying, seeing (such as close, color and peripheral vision, depth perception and adjusted focus), sitting, pulling, walking, standing, squatting, kneeling and reaching. The incumbent for this position may operate any or all of the following: computer, printer's telephone, copy and fax machines, adding machine (calculator), equipment, image scanner, fax machine, personal computer, tablets, and smartphones. The incumbent in this position must be able to accommodate to reading help desk tickets, detailed work, problem solving, customer contact, reasoning, math, language, verbal and written communication, technology analytical reasoning, stress, training, multiple concurrent tasks, and constant interruptions.POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Solid technical understanding and skill, troubleshooting, building, repairing and configuring core computer network components including PCs, servers, firewalls, routers, back up systems, anti-virus, and email; Experience managing, servicing and repairing computers, including hardware and software along with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment; Microsoft Certification preferred, plus 2 years Technical Degree or Equivalent Education and/or experience; Typing skills to meet production needs of the position; 2 to 3 years of recent, professional hands on experience; Excellent Customer Service; Excellent Work Ethic; Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions, understand procedures, write correspondences, and speak clearly to clients, customers and employees; Must be Dependable; Effective organizational and time management skills; Ability to work with minimal to no supervision while performing duties; and Have means to a reliable vehicle and ability to go on-site, if needed.
