Windows Systems Administrator

We're seeking a Senior Windows System Administrator to support a complex, hybrid on‑prem environment with a strong emphasis on VDI, automation, and image management. This role is hands‑on, fast‑moving, and ideal for someone who can independently own systems, streamline workflows, and translate instructional or operational needs into reliable technical solutions.

Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister and maintain Windows Server environments at a senior levelManage VMware Horizon (Omnissa) VDI infrastructure and image lifecycleDesign and maintain advanced Group Policy configurationsBuild and enhance PowerShell automation for imaging, patching, and GPO workflowsSupport on‑prem backend systems; collaborate with networking as neededConvert faculty/instructional requirements into deployable images and configurationsWork within ITSM/ticketing workflows and maintain strong documentation standardsOperate independently with clear communication and proactive problem‑solving
