Job Description
Position Summary IT systems administrator will be responsible for resolving incoming user support requests regarding software, hardware, networking, and other computer-related technologies. Managing and updating Project
CMMS. PAY TRANSPARENCY/COMPENSATION
$33.00 - $36.00/hour
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with user accounts and groups
- Assist with Windows Active Directory, GPO's, file servers and other network resources
- Assist with Windows Workstations, build, troubleshoot, configure, and manage
- Manage hardware and software inventory
- Setup and configure computers, servers, and network devices
Assist with managing, updating, and providing needed reports from the Projects CMMS (will receive full training) Work is typically based in a busy office environment and subject to frequent interruptions. Business work hours are Monday-Friday from 6:30 am to 2:30 pm, however some extended or weekend hours may be required. Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Five years of experience working with Workflow and/or DMS type systems
Ability to troubleshoot, manage, maintain and upgrade WAN components and windows networking issues
Experience with Microsoft back off stack preferred
Proven experience with troubleshooting principles, methodologies and issue resolution techniques
Strong customer service orientation
Effective oral and written communication skills with all levels of the organization
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and multiple priorities to completion
Problem solving skills with an analytical thought process
Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment May be required to lift and carry awkward items weighing up to 25 lbs. Requires intermittent standing, walking, sitting, squatting, stretching and bending throughout the workday.
