Job Description Key Responsibilities Process Documentation & Knowledge Management
  •  Partner with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to document existing operational processes that are not currently captured.
  •  Analyze current workflows and identify documentation gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for standardization.
  •  Create, maintain, and update process documentation, job aids, procedural guides, and knowledge articles.
  •  Establish and maintain documentation standards and governance practices.
  •  Support documentation efforts associated with process changes, system enhancements, and large-scale business initiatives. Confluence Administration & Ownership
  •  Serve as the primary owner and administrator of the team's Confluence environment.
  •  Design, build, organize, and maintain internal and external-facing Confluence pages.
  •  Develop structured knowledge repositories that improve information accessibility and usability.
  •  Partner with team members to continuously update documentation and ensure content remains accurate and current.
  •  Guide stakeholders on documentation best practices and information architecture. SharePoint Management
  •  Build and maintain SharePoint sites, pages, and document libraries.
  •  Organize file storage structures and implement effective document management practices.
  •  Configure SharePoint features and functionality to improve collaboration and information sharing.
  •  Support business-facing pages, newsletters, dashboards, and Power BI integrations.
  •  Assist with ongoing maintenance and enhancement of communication and knowledge-sharing platforms. Communications & Stakeholder Coordination
  •  Coordinate and support communications related to operational issues, including outage notifications and business updates.
  •  Develop and distribute stakeholder communications regarding data issues, process changes, system updates, and service interruptions.
  •  Support team newsletter creation, publication, and maintenance activities.
  •  Collaborate with communications partners to maintain consistent messaging and content governance. Office Hours Coordination
  •  Coordinate recurring team office hours sessions and stakeholder engagement activities.
  •  Gather feedback from users regarding documentation needs and process gaps.
  •  Track frequently asked questions and identify opportunities for improved documentation and knowledge sharing.
  •  Leverage office hours insights to drive continuous improvements in team resources and support materials.

  •  5+ years of experience in process analysis, business process documentation, knowledge management, business operations, or related functions.
  •  Expert Confluence o Experience owning and administering Confluence environments.
  •  Strong experience developing process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, and user guides.
  •  Expert SharePoint o Experience building and maintaining SharePoint sites, pages, and document libraries.
  •  Ability to gather information from stakeholders and convert it into clear, actionable documentation.
  •  Strong organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  •  Experience managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced business environment.
