$100,000 - $110,000 / year Key Responsibilities: ・IT Support & Systems Administration:
Maintain, troubleshoot, and support corporate IT infrastructure, hardware, network environments, and Microsoft 365/Azure AD while delivering prompt end-user support. ・Asset Management & Infrastructure Projects:
Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of IT assets, handle vendor quotations and software licensing, and manage technology setups for office moves. ・Security, Governance & Compliance:
Enforce IT security policies and access controls, conduct user security training, and support management with SOX and internal audit compliance. Qualifications & Requirements: ・Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) combined with 5 to 10 years of proven experience in an IT administration role. ・Technical Expertise:
Strong domain knowledge in desktop/systems administration, hardware/software troubleshooting, network configuration (VPN, Firewall, VLAN, DNS), and IT asset management. ・Core Skills & Language:
Excellent communication, ticket prioritization, and project management capabilities; Japanese language proficiency is a strong plus.Pay:
