As an IT Applications Specialist, you'll provide Tier 2 support for the applications our teams rely on every day, troubleshoot complex issues, assist with configurations and system updates, and work with vendors to find solutions. You'll also turn that knowledge into clear documentation and training that helps staff use our systems with confidence. Qualifications Education:
- High School Diploma or GED with 4 years of related experience includes office/administrative duties and strong technology skills;
- Or AA degree plus two years experience;
- Or BA, and/or combination of education and experience that would enable performance of the full scope of the position.
