Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of Electrical, Electronic, Mechanics, Hydraulics and Pneumatics.
• Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics and sensors
• Conduct repair & replacement of electronic and mechanical machine components.
• PLC controlled equipment, electrical, mechanical and control systems, including, switches, relays, VFD's and HMI devices.
• Point to point wiring using schematics. Includes sensors, PLC input / output, motors, motor drives, actuators, and displays.
• Trouble shooting electrical / mechanical issues after assembly.
• Quality Assurance of overall machine assembly, document control, and capturing any additional engineering data.
• Ability to read and follow electrical schematics
• Ability to use all hand tools such as drills, taps, calipers
• Computer literate (MS Office Suite)
• Ability to communicate well for assisting customers with training and troubleshooting on the telephone and in person The following skill sets we have found to suit well for the position.
