This position provides essential support for voice and network communications within a government agency, ensuring reliable statewide connectivity for thousands of users. The role involves assisting with the operation, maintenance, and implementation of voice, video, and data network infrastructure across multiple teams and external vendors. Position Overview for the
Network Voice Administrator I:
Provides technical support for voice and network communications within a state government setting. Supports the operation, maintenance, and implementation of statewide voice and video network infrastructure. Assists with troubleshooting, equipment deployment, network maintenance, and documentation. Coordinates with vendors and internal teams to ensure optimal system performance. Maintains inventory and manages assets related to voice and data networks. Requirements for the
Network Voice Administrator I:
Experience in network engineering or related field. Knowledge of VoIP, LAN/WAN, and network communications technologies. Support experience with enterprise-wide voice and video networks.
