ServiceTitan Expert - Consultant Salzano Services is looking for a true ServiceTitan Expert/Office Manager to help us optimize, rebuild, and fully utilize our ServiceTitan platform. This is a hands-on consulting role. Expert-level ServiceTitan experience is required. What You'll Do Train our team on ServiceTitan best practices. Rework and optimize our CRM . Build and organize Services and Pricebook . Set up and optimize Dynamic Pricing . Create and improve templates and workflows . Optimize scheduling, dispatching, estimates, invoicing, and customer communication. Identify opportunities to automate and streamline our processes. Help establish systems and SOPs our team can maintain going forward. Requirements Expert-level, hands-on ServiceTitan experience —

REQUIRED.

Proven experience configuring and optimizing ServiceTitan for service businesses. Strong knowledge of CRM, Pricebook, Dynamic Pricing, templates, workflows, and automation . Ability to train and clearly explain ServiceTitan to our team. Experience implementing or rebuilding ServiceTitan systems is highly preferred.
