Multifamily real estate, property operations, business applications, Entrata, and property management technology Role Summary The Business Applications Administrator supports AIR Communities' Property Operations teams by administering, configuring, troubleshooting, and improving key business applications, with a primary focus on Entrata Systems. This role partners with business stakeholders, IT, and vendors to resolve issues, maintain system integrity, and support technology initiatives that improve property operations. This is an in-office role designed for candidates who prefer regular face-to-face collaboration, building strong business relationships, and taking long-term ownership of critical systems within a growing real estate organization. Key Responsibilities Administer, configure, and support Entrata and other business applications used by Property Operations. Provide Tier 3 functional and technical support for escalated user issues, system questions, and troubleshooting needs. Configure settings, security roles, permissions, workflows, document mapping, and automated document tools. Maintain application data integrity, change control documentation, directories, process records, and reporting support. Partner with IT, business teams, and third-party vendors to resolve system issues and improve application performance. Support property operations technology initiatives, including project coordination, meeting facilitation, timeline tracking, and budget awareness. Preferred Candidate Profile Demonstrated consistency, follow-through, and interest in building deep subject-matter expertise over time. Comfortable collaborating in person with cross-functional teams and building strong stakeholder relationships. Customer-focused mindset with sound judgment, accuracy, and responsiveness. What Makes Someone Successful in This Role Successful candidates are detail-oriented, service-minded, and comfortable becoming a trusted systems resource for Property Operations. They enjoy solving complex application issues, improving workflows, collaborating in person, and growing with a stable, high-performing real estate company. Qualifications Minimum Requirements 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Entrata Systems, property management software, or business applications in a multifamily real estate environment. Experience configuring application settings, security roles, permissions, workflows, or administrative controls. Strong troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and internal customer support skills. Ability and interest to work in office as part of a collaborative, cross-functional team. Relevant Experience Relevant backgrounds may include: Business Applications Administrator, Entrata Administrator, Property Management Software Administrator, Business Systems Analyst, Application Support Specialist, Systems Administrator, Tier 3 Support, Real Estate Technology, Property Operations Technology, database configuration, user support, and project coordination. Additional Information What We Offer AIR offers attractive total compensation packages designed to recognize and reward performance including : Expected base salary between $62,000-$73,000 plus target annual 10% bonus. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job. 25% Rent Discount at any AIR community (a rental application is required, and certain exclusions apply).
