IT Systems Administrator Bradenton, FL 34205 $33.99/hour ($70,699 annually) Full-Time Join a Team That Keeps Critical Public Safety Technology Running Ad-Vance Talent Solutions is recruiting for an experienced IT Systems Administrator to support public infrastructure. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced systems administrator who enjoys working with enterprise infrastructure, Microsoft technologies, and network systems while making a direct impact on public safety operations. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with strong technical expertise in Microsoft server environments, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and enterprise infrastructure. What You'll Do Administer and maintain enterprise Windows server environments Manage Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and Microsoft Exchange (On-Premises and Microsoft 365) Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize servers, network connectivity, and enterprise applications Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and hardware Perform server monitoring, performance tuning, and system log reviews Respond to infrastructure issues to minimize downtime Assist with hardware and software upgrades Research and recommend new technologies that improve operational efficiency Develop documentation, SOPs, technical procedures, and project plans Support IT infrastructure projects from planning through implementation Collaborate with vendors, IT staff, and agency personnel to resolve technical issues Participate in after-hours and weekend support as needed Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum three years of enterprise systems administration experience Experience administering: Active Directory Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) Microsoft Exchange (On-Premises and/or Microsoft 365) Windows Server environments Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills
