Build What Keeps the Business Moving CDA Intercorp supports critical aerospace, space, and defense programs where execution, reliability, and speed matter. We are looking for a Senior IT Administrator who is hands on, accountable, and driven to own the performance of our IT environment. This is not a coordination role. This role owns execution on site. You will work alongside external partners, but you are responsible for ensuring systems are stable, secure, and continuously improving. Responsibilities Provide hands on support across hardware, software, and network issues Manage onboarding, offboarding, workstation setup, and system access Maintain IT assets, documentation, and system organization Ensure day to day IT operations run without disruption to the business On-site owner of IT execution across external partners including our MSP's Drive ticket prioritization, enforce response timelines, and ensure issues are fully resolved Escalate gaps in execution and hold partners accountable to expected performance Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and ensure delivery Own visibility into overall system health including endpoints, network, and cloud environments Monitor uptime, performance, and risk areas and drive corrective actions to closure Maintain clear tracking of open issues, remediation progress, and system stability Ensure the environment is operating reliably, not just functioning Own execution and enforcement of core security controls including endpoint detection and response, patching, backup integrity, and access control discipline Partner with external cybersecurity providers to ensure controls are not only implemented but effective Maintain visibility into security posture and drive remediation of identified gaps Support CMMC readiness and ongoing compliance requirements through disciplined execution Design and implement automation to reduce manual effort and improve consistency Leverage tools such as Microsoft 365, scripting, and AI platforms to streamline workflows Build visibility into systems and processes through reporting and automation Continuously identify opportunities to improve how the business operates through technology Requirements 3 plus years of experience in IT systems administration, IT support, or similar role Strong working knowledge of: Windows environments and endpoint management Networking fundamentals including switches, firewalls, and VPNs Microsoft 365 and Azure environments Experience working with or alongside managed service providers Demonstrated ability to take ownership and drive issues to resolution Strong problem solving skills and ability to operate independently Clear communication skills across technical and non technical teams Preferred Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or regulated environments What Sets You Apart Takes ownership of systems and outcomes, not just tasks Holds themselves and others accountable to execution and results Proactively identifies gaps and drives resolution without waiting for direction Understands how IT performance impacts broader business execution Thrives in a fast paced, execution driven environment

Pay:
