This is a hands-on, on-site role responsible for managing day-to-day systems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring overall system performance and reliability. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain IT systems, including servers, networks, and user environments Administer Active Directory (user setup, permissions, access control) Support and maintain Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.) Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues Provide technical support to internal users and resolve tickets efficiently Assist with onboarding/offboarding, including system access and equipment setup Maintain system security, backups, and regular updates/patching Support basic networking (VPN, firewalls, connectivity issues) Document systems, processes, and configurations Qualifications 3+ years of experience in a Systems Administrator or similar role Strong experience with Active Directory and user management Experience with Microsoft 365 / Office 365 administration Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs) Experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) is a plus Exposure to Azure or AWS preferred Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.) Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently What We're Looking For Someone who takes ownership and solves problems without constant direction Strong attention to detail and reliability Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment Clear communication with both technical and non-technical users This position is fully on-site.
