- Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and software application.
- Develop and maintain specialized IT infrastructure tailored to support logistics operations, including route optimization and real-time tracking systems.
- Provide technical training to logistics and delivery staff on new systems and software tools.
- Integrate and configure fleet management software with company systems to ensure efficient package delivery and compliance with FedEx operational standards.
- Design and deploy secure communication protocols for seamless coordination between drivers and the operations team.
- Document system configurations and processes to enhance team knowledge and facilitate training for new staff.
- Develop custom automation scripts to streamline data processing, including daily route analytics and performance metrics.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to logistics IT systems, including vehicle monitoring and delivery tracking tools.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors and FedEx technical support teams to ensure full compliance with contractual IT requirements.
- Provide technical support to internal teams and ensure compliance with cybersecurity protocols.
