Job Description

Description of the role: Gwinnett Place Ford is looking to add a Proficient and Efficient Senior Master or Master with the knowledge and expertise that comes with such a high achievement. A technician that can work across multiple specialties and provide a wide range of skills including complex diagnostics and quick turn around times. The Service Technician at Gwinnett Place Ford is responsible for providing high-quality automotive service in a a fast-paced environment. This role requires technical proficiency and the ability to work independently and efficiently to meet customer demands while maintaining an organized schedule.
Responsibilities:
Ability to diagnose complex customer concerns such as can network concerns and intermittent issues Perform routine automotive repairs and diagnostics Ensure customer vehicles are serviced and repaired to Ford's standards Communicate effectively with advisors regarding service recommendations and vehicle updates Maintain a clean and organized work environment Provide Video Multi-Point inspections to all customers
Requirements:
Previous experience as an automotive technician preferred Previous experience as a mobile service technician preferred but not required Strong technical knowledge and proficiency in automotive repairs and maintenance Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
