What You Get To Do The primary function of the CS Inside Sales Specialist is to support Account Managers in their efforts to sell Knapp services to existing customers in their assigned markets.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Support Account Managers as required to sell Knapp services and/or solutions to existing customers Work collaboratively with assigned Knapp resources (engineering, purchasing, service, KAG, KSI, DFT, etc.) to identify services that meet customer's needs and budgets Produce detailed proposals describing Knapp's services Produce cost estimates for management approval Provide support to create and give effective, accurate, and technically correct customer presentations Comply with the most current version of the Knapp Inc. CS Sales Process What You Have BS/BA degree with minimum 2 years sales experience Technical background in material handling, logistics, supply chain, or order fulfillment preferred Knowledge/proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management technology Knowledge/proficiency of SAP Ability to think creatively, plan, organize, set goals, and execute strategically Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task Excellent communication skills Strong relationship building, interpersonal, and internal/external networking skills Entrepreneurial self-starter with hands-on approach
Working Conditions and Environment:
