Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and ensure consistent and accurate technical data of product in the system and databases, including raw material supplier information, plant level Quality/Production related forms/data and other food safety related data Manage and streamline the approval program for BRC related policy documents, raw material suppliers, plant forms and user interfaces to capture data. Perform tasks related to TraceGains, Enviromap, CFS or other data management software, including but not limited to: supplier setup, customer complaints, COA data requests, document approvals, form creation for data gathering, electronic workflows, reports and dashboards. Work with multiple functional groups to negotiate project deliverables and completion timelines Advise in the creation and maintenance of policies, procedures and change management workflows that are compliant with the BRC standard Create and obtain documentation to meet international requirements (i.e. COA, Vet Certificates, Certificate of Origin, etc.)
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Poultry Science, or Data Science or equivalent years of experience Minimum 5 years of food manufacturing experience working directly in food manufacturing or indirectly in a CoMan environment Experience related to compliance, sensory, product investigation and documentation control of manufactured goods Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team and in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Flexible with work schedule to meet business needs Cross-functional experience, a plus Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
