Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a On Call Handyman/Laborer 1099 Independent Contractor and be a vital part of diverse maintenance projects! This role offers an exciting opportunity to apply your hands-on skills across a variety of work orders, from basic repairs to full unit turns. You'll work in vacant and tenant occupied buildings, apartments, community shared spaces, buildings and support exterior maintenance if needed. Your professionalism and expertise will be a contributing factor to the successful completion of daily maintenance projects. We value proactive, detail-oriented individuals who thrive on problem-solving and delivering quality craftsmanship. Contractors will be required to be available for after hour work orders. Available to travel to assigned site within 1 hour of being dispatched. This is a 1099 paid position paid Net 30. Tech will be paid "per service call" to complete work orders assigned by the community or BNB Networks.
