(Onsite) Systems Administrator will manage our Windows Server infrastructure while serving in a junior network administration capacity. This dual-focus role requires a candidate who is equally comfortable managing Active Directory policies and virtual environments as they are configuring network switches, monitoring firewalls, and troubleshooting connectivity issues. He/She will ensure the stability, security, and performance of critical clinical and business systems.

Required Education:

Associate's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related technical field.

Required Experience Overall IT:

4-7 years of total IT experience.

System Admin:

3+ years managing Windows Server environments (AD, GPO, Patching, Virtualization).

Network Admin:

1-3 years of practical experience assisting with network switching, routing, VLAN management, and firewall basics.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's Degree in a related technical field. Experience working in a Healthcare IT environment (MEDITECH or other EMR exposure)

Certifications:

Microsoft Certified:

Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate. CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, or entry-level firewall certifications (e.g., Fortinet NSE).
