As an IT Technical Services Administrator, you will provide hands-on technical support that helps keep our employees connected, productive, and equipped with reliable technology. You will serve as a senior technical resource for deskside support and complex troubleshooting while supporting end-user equipment, software, audio/video solutions, and other workplace technologies. You will also help improve support processes, lead technical projects, and share your knowledge with other team members. We are looking for a customer-focused technology professional who enjoys troubleshooting, collaborating with others, and finding practical solutions that improve the employee technology experience.What You'll Do:
Provide advanced deskside and Tier 3 technical support for computers, peripherals, software, mobile devices, and other end-user technologies Build, configure, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot PCs, phones, printers, scanners, and related workplace technology Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, operating system, and desktop infrastructure issues while meeting established service levels Support Active Directory, Outlook, Exchange, endpoint technologies, software installations, patches, and system updates Manage end-user equipment throughout its lifecycle, including imaging, inventory, deployment, recovery, and replacement Identify recurring technical issues and trends, develop preventive solutions and documentation, and recommend opportunities to improve service delivery Support enterprise audio/video conferencing solutions and assist with night processing and production operations as needed Lead or contribute to higher-profile technical projects and evaluate new end-user technologies against business and technical requirements Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members while partnering with IT Support Services and other technology teams Deliver responsive, inclusive, and customer-focused support while following established change and problem management practicesWhat You'll Bring:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required Vocational/trade-school certification or an associate's or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Security, Network Security, or a related technology field preferredExperience:
Experience providing desktop, deskside, or end-user technology support in a professional environment Experience troubleshooting and supporting computers, peripherals, operating systems, software, and related workplace technologies Experience with equipment deployment, imaging, inventory management, vulnerability remediation, and technical support processes Relevant professional, internship, and hands-on technical experience may be considered based on education and backgroundKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Advanced knowledge of Windows desktop operating systems, Microsoft Office, macOS, and end-user technology environments Experience with Active Directory administration and hardware/software support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex technical issues Experience with equipment imaging, deployment, inventory management, recovery, patching, malware remediation, and system updates Familiarity with ITSM ticketing systems, incident management, and established technology support processes Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to explain technical information to users with varying levels of technical knowledge Ability to learn and support enterprise audio/video conferencing technologies and other evolving workplace solutions Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines Ability to collaborate effectively, share knowledge, and provide guidance to other team members Microsoft, CompTIA, or other relevant technical certifications are a plusPhysical Requirements:
Ability to work at a computer for extended periods and perform hands-on installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of technology equipment Occasional standing, walking, bending, reaching, pushing/pulling, and lifting up to 20 pounds Ability to communicate effectively in a professional work environment Occasional after-hours support may be required for production systems and night processingWhere You'll Work:
