Job Description

LC State invites applications for the position of Scheduling & Systems Specialist. Salary and rank based on experience and qualifications: $49,743
Degree Required:
Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university
Required Qualifications:
Ability to troubleshoot technology issues and comfortable working with databases Experience working in an office, excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to organize resources, establish priorities, and meet deadlines Ability to work independently and cooperatively on multiple projects with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel, strong computer skills, and ability to navigate various databases
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree from a regionally accredited college or university Experience working in a higher education institution Experience with Student Information System Experience with CourseLeaf
CLSS/CAT/CIM
Experience with Series 25Live software
Responsibilities:
Assist faculty/staff/students in a broad range of services in the Warrior OneStop Co-coordinate registration, scheduling, programs, and courses Manage CourseLeaf CLSS, 25Live, Perceptive Content, Dual Enroll course uploads, and Student Planning systems Assist the Associate Director of Admissions/Registrar & Records with Colleague rules, cohorts, and functions Produce and edit class and time schedules and scheduling of classes Process dual credit registrations and drops Register Teacher In-Service student applications Process Individualized Study student applications Run reports and provide quality control metrics Coordinate software updates/testing for the office Process a variety of forms received in the office such as add/drop, PIFs, withdraws, name/address change Other duties as assigned Additional duties include direct and indirect activities to support recruitment and retention of students.
