Herrmann Ultrasonics is hiring for a Field Service Engineer (Ultrasonic Engineer) in Bartlett, IL. Immerse yourself into the fascinating world of ultrasonic welding! Herrmann Ultrasonics develops and builds machines that join plastics, packaging materials, nonwovens and metals with ultrasonic vibrations. This technology is suitable in many industries, such as medical, electronics, food and automotive. With nearly 700 global employees, based in 4 Headquarters and 22 Tech Centers, we are represented in 20 countries worldwide. Job profile Responsible for providing technical expertise to our customers Planning, implementation and documentation of machine and equipment commissioning Execute Factory Acceptance Testing, Site Acceptance Testing and customer personnel training Providing technical support to our customers including phone/email support, on-site, and in-house customer visits Assuming emergency and stand-by services including provision of shipping and or delivery of spare parts Assisting with technical trainings and customer seminars
Requirements:
