Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or related field (Will consider recent grads) Knowledge of quality systems, food safety, or regulatory compliance preferred Ability to perform audits, data analysis, and documentation Must work within SQF Level 3 standards Must complete Illinois EDC process Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Ability to interpret data and maintain accurate documentation Excellent communication and teamwork skills

What You'll Do:

Support food safety and quality systems, including hazard analysis (HACCP) Conduct internal audits and assist with compliance to regulatory standards Perform microbiological monitoring (environment, raw materials, finished goods) Analyze data and help interpret results to meet customer and international standards Collaborate with operations to improve product quality and safety processes Assist with annual reviews and documentation for certification programs Why This Role?
