The ideal candidate must be able to multi task and able to remain calm and composed in a fast paced environment. The goal is to enable different parties to communicate efficiently by ensuring the accurate and timely transmission of information. Responsibilities Track containers at rails and set up appointments when they are available Notify customers about additional charges or delayed deliveries Address problems and requests by sending information or providing solutions via e-mail or phone call Enter data in computer system and maintain spreadsheets Assist answering phones and supplying information to the drivers from work orders Skills Proficient in English (oral and written) Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities Active listener with excellent communication skills Sound judgement and critical thinking Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel Proficient at typing
