Job Description

Position Summary The Service Administrator serves as a key point of contact between our customers, service technicians, vendors, and management team. This role is responsible for coordinating service requests, generating parts quotes, ordering materials, managing rental equipment logistics, and supporting inventory management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced industrial service environment. Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Service Coordination Answer incoming customer calls and emails regarding service requests. Coordinate service activities with the Service Manager and field technicians. Communicate schedules, updates, and service plans to customers. Create and maintain service-related records and documentation. Assist in prioritizing and dispatching service requests. Parts Sales & Procurement Prepare and send customer quotations for replacement parts and service-related materials. Process customer purchase orders and parts orders. Work with suppliers to source pricing, availability, and delivery information. Track parts orders and communicate status updates to customers and technicians. Assist with billing support and documentation as needed. Qualifications Preferred Experience in industrial equipment, construction, manufacturing, mechanical service, or material handling industries. Experience working with service technicians or field service organizations. Required Skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Strong attention to detail and follow-through. Professional customer service skills. Pay:
$18.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
