We're a locally owned and operated heating and cooling company serving Denham Springs, Baton Rouge, and surrounding communities. We're looking for a technician who brings that same standard to every service call.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As an HVAC Service Technician, you'll diagnose, service, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems while providing an excellent customer experience from the moment you arrive.

Your responsibilities will include:

Diagnose residential HVAC system issues accurately and efficiently Perform HVAC repairs, service, and preventative maintenance Complete system inspections and communicate findings clearly Present repair and replacement options without high-pressure sales tactics Educate homeowners on their HVAC systems and recommended solutions Document service calls, findings, photos, and recommendations Maintain a clean and professional work environment Properly care for company vehicles, tools, and equipment Communicate with our office team throughout the workday Deliver the level of service UBA customers have come to expect

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We want someone who is technically strong and knows how to take care of customers.

The ideal candidate:

Has residential HVAC service and diagnostic experience Understands electrical, airflow, refrigerant, and HVAC system troubleshooting Can confidently diagnose problems instead of simply replacing parts Communicates professionally with homeowners Is dependable, punctual, organized, and accountable Takes pride in workmanship and appearance Is comfortable using mobile technology for dispatching and job documentation Works well independently while still being part of a team Has a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Is willing to continue learning and improving their skills EPA certification preferred/required based on position responsibilities.
