Client Services Employment Specialist Express Employment Professionals | Boxborough, MA $55,000 - $65,000 per year Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Client Services Employment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll help local businesses find great employees and help job seekers find meaningful work. You'll recruit and interview candidates, build strong relationships with business clients, and provide staffing solutions that make a difference. The pace is fast, the tools are strong, and the culture is positive! What You'll Do Recruit, screen, interview, and identify qualified applicants for our clients, ranging from industrial and office positions to professional-level roles Build and maintain a strong network of qualified candidates to meet client hiring needs quickly and efficiently Source candidates through job boards, referrals, recruiting tools, networking, and other recruiting channels Communicate daily with hiring managers and decision-makers to develop strong client relationships Visit client locations, conduct business reviews, workplace tours, and safety visits Manage onboarding, employment paperwork, and compliance requirements Conduct employee follow-up, quality control checks, and performance reviews Develop recruiting strategies for key client accounts Maintain accurate records and adhere to company and ISO standards Who Succeeds in This Role?
