Job Description

Akkodis is seeking a Network Administrator for a Contract with a client in Burlington, MA. The ideal candidate is responsible for building and optimizing Citrix infrastructure, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and ensuring high-performance, secure remote access solutions.
Rate Range:
$53/hour to $56/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Network Administrator Job Responsibilities include:
Build, administer, and optimize Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop environments on VMware infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance. Manage and support Citrix NetScaler/Access Gateway and remote access solutions, including VPN and secure connectivity services. Monitor server, network, storage, and application performance metrics, proactively identifying and resolving infrastructure issues. Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for complex Citrix, network, and virtualization-related incidents. Assess environment readiness, implement infrastructure improvements, and recommend best practices for virtualization and remote access technologies. Create and maintain technical documentation, training materials, and operational procedures while collaborating with business stakeholders and leadership teams.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 8-10 years of experience in Citrix Administration, including Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop, NetScaler, VMware, and Network Administration. Strong expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing Citrix infrastructure, remote access solutions, and virtualization environments. Proven experience troubleshooting complex technical issues, monitoring server performance, and supporting enterprise-scale Citrix environments while effectively communicating with stakeholders and leadership. Pay Details:
