Professional Services Position Summary We are seeking a Financial Systems Analyst to support and enhance the technology platforms used across a sophisticated finance and accounting organization. This role will serve as a key resource for financial applications, with a particular focus on Elite 3E. The Financial Systems Analyst will work closely with Finance, Accounting, and Technology teams to troubleshoot system issues, maintain application functionality, improve processes, support reporting, and assist with ongoing system enhancements. Key Responsibilities Provide functional and technical support for Elite 3E and other financial applications. Troubleshoot system, data, workflow, and user issues and coordinate resolutions with internal teams or external vendors. Maintain system configurations, financial setups, user settings, and application functionality. Support enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and other changes to financial systems. Test new functionality and system changes prior to implementation. Assist Finance and Accounting teams with month-end and other critical processing activities. Develop and maintain financial and operational reports based on business requirements. Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reporting, and system functionality. Maintain documentation related to system processes, configurations, testing, and procedures. Participate in financial systems projects and collaborate with stakeholders across Finance and Technology. Assist with data analysis, reconciliations, and ad hoc reporting as needed. Qualifications 3-5+ years of financial systems, accounting systems, or related application support experience. Elite 3E experience required. Strong understanding of financial and accounting processes and how they interact with enterprise systems. Experience troubleshooting financial application and data-related issues. Strong reporting, data analysis, and technical problem-solving skills. SQL experience strongly preferred. Experience supporting system implementations, upgrades, testing, or process improvements preferred. Professional services industry experience is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Technology, or a related field preferred.
Pay:
$95,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
