SALARY RANGE
$124,000 - $181,000/year. DUTIES As a successful candidate for the Cloud System Administrator II role, you will provide comprehensive support for the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of cloud systems and associated infrastructure, while helping vet and onboard Defense Industrial Base (DIB) companies across the variety of services offered by the CCC Partnerships Team. In this position, you will manage day-to-day operations, monitor systems, and diagnose and resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 issues. Additionally, you will configure and fine-tune cloud environments, uphold Secure the Enterprise/Secure the Net requirements, maintain server security configurations and patching, and write software automation scripts using languages such as Perl, Python, or Ruby. Required Skills SKILLS Execute core Linux administration tasks, including SSH remote connectivity, software package installation (RPM, YUM), system health monitoring, and container management using Docker, Kubernetes, and Traefik Maintain technical experience with peer-to-peer distributed storage networks, peer-to-peer routing, and application messaging frameworks Provision, sustain, and manage secure network infrastructures operating within PKI, IPSEC, or VPN-enabled environments Analyze analytical requirements, query syntax, data flows, and network traffic manipulation techniques Administer and manage big data storage using the Hadoop Distributed File System (HDFS) Operate and support open-source NoSQL products that enable highly distributed, massively parallel computation, including Accumulo, HBase, and BigTable
QUALIFICATIONS
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline from an accredited college or university, though four years of additional experience on projects with similar requirements may be substituted for the degree. Additionally, the role requires a Hadoop or Cloud System Administration Certification along with at least five years of experience managing and monitoring large Hadoop clusters consisting of more than 200 nodes.

Hands-on experience with Linux operating systems and command-line administration Experience managing containerized workloads and orchestration using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm charts Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and configuration management tools, including Terraform and Ansible Working knowledge of AWS CloudFormation for automated cloud infrastructure provisioning Familiarity with Traefik for edge routing, ingress control, and reverse proxy management group id: 91130336 Apply now
