AssociateResponsibilities Technical Support & Troubleshooting:

Provide Tier 1 assistance for hardware, printers, phones, and software issues, including Microsoft 365 applications, Teams, and routine password resets.

Hardware & User Onboarding:

Set up, configure, and deploy workstations, monitors, and mobile devices to ensure seamless employee onboarding and offboarding.

Systems & Asset Management:

Maintain organized IT inventory, assist with software installations/updates, and document support requests and internal IT procedures.

Collaboration & Career Growth:

Partner with the IT Manager and external vendors to support office technology, conference rooms, and ongoing firm-wide IT projects.
