Job Description

PSI Pax, Inc has an exciting opportunity for a Network and Computer Systems Administrator Windows Advanced / Senior to support our government customer in Patuxent River, MD.
Description:
Manage day-to-day operations of enterprise Windows, VMware, and virtualization platforms, ensuring availability, performance, and security across mission- critical systems. Monitor Logs, execute required jobs. Perform backup and recovery. Support Disaster Recovery. Collaborate with cyber security team to mitigate vulnerabilities, track IAVA compliance, and develop POA&Ms for systems. Conduct system testing, as required. Support the deployment of DoD/Navy/Command Policies. Serve as a member of an integrated team to plan for new/upgraded components. Install, configure, and maintain an organization's local area network (LAN), data communications network, operating systems, and physical and virtual servers. Perform System monitoring and verify the integrity and availability of hardware, network, and server resources and systems. Review System and application logs and verify completion of scheduled jobs, including system backups. Analyze network and server resource consumption and control user access. Install and upgrade software and maintain software licenses. May assist in network emulation/virtualization, analysis, planning, and coordination between network and data communications hardware and software.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum:
Top Secret Clearance.
Expected:
Top Secret - SCI eligible- Full Performance Level Security Clearance. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Must work well independently; have the ability to interface with customers in senior/executive level positions. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and must provide customer service both internally and externally.
Experience Requirements:
Advanced / Senior Has at least 7 years of experience performing work related to the LCAT functional description. Meetings the identified military equivalent on the job training (OJT) requirement.
Education Requirement:
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology Discipline is preferred. PSI Pax is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
