Job Description
Fabiano Brothers is seeking an Accounting Systems Specialist to support our Accounting and IT departments. This position is ideal for someone with strong technical aptitude, accounting knowledge, and the ability to troubleshoot systems while managing a variety of financial and administrative responsibilities. What You'll Do Assist with accounting reconciliations and system processes. Support Accounting and IT with system questions and troubleshooting. Complete company-wide auto-posting and system imports. Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions. Handle various sales, use, and excise tax responsibilities. Assist with vehicle plates and registrations. Participate in research, system improvements, and special projects. Provide backup support for the IS Manager. Participate in an on-call rotation approximately 1-2 days per week. What We're Looking For Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Excellent organization and communication skills. Associate or bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
