Where is the work:
On-Site (5 days) What's in it for you: This position is self-directed and is responsible for performing quality assurance tasks and activities with minimal guidance and supervision. This role is an Independent Contributor, and interaction is potentially with all levels of the organization. Responsible for support of data management and control functions, including document control, specifications, standards, and other control numbers. Up-date document control logs and assist company personnel in obtaining copies of stored data / material. Maintain the document control system, both electronic and hard copies, and control access and reproduction. Ensure all records are met in accordance with
ISO 9001
standards What you will do: Ensure compliance with the organization's policies and all applicable ISO regarding Documentation Control. Receive and process document control change request Create new documents and forms Coordinating annual document reviews. Documentation, retention, retrieval, destruction and disaster recovery. Notify personnel of updated document versions and how to access them. Monitor status of in-process document changes to ensure timely revisions Responsible for document maintenance and storage Frequently conduct document audits confirming they are current and accurately reflect recorded evidence Ensure proper organization and security of documents (paper and electronic) Assist with the documentation and monitoring of the Corrective Action process, ensuring appropriate address for all actions resulting from internal and external audit findings, concerns, observations, and any nonconformances that warrant a process change/corrective action. Assist with the documentation, response, and monitoring of the nonconformance reporting process and any actions resulting from a given nonconformance. Manage change management process, maintain documents, drawings, specifications, approvals and related items and maintain tracking log. Assist in the processing document changes, maintaining records and ensuring compliance. Assist with prep for quality audits Assist with creating and maintaining training material Exemplify Trane core values on a day-to-day basis. Additional duties as assigned.
What you will bring:
High School or Technical Degree required with minimal of 3 years' experience in related field. Must be computer -savvy and proficient experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills (written and verbal) Predisposition for catching error and enacting appropriate changes Must able to organize, prioritize and handle multiple tasks and ability to meet strict deadlines and perform under pressure in a fast-paced work environment. Ability to assertively interact with people at all levels of the organization Good technical writing skills, grammar Ability to manage time and prioritize, as well as multi-task Ability to handle highly confidential business information Strong attention to detail and ability to think proactively Experience in manufacturing is desired. Must have the ability to lift 35 lbs, as requested Ability to work with a minimum level of Supervision.
